Summary: AC vent and surrounding wall were both covered in black mold. Room was generally dusty. Two of the windows in the room had aluminum foil covering damaged wind panes. Windows were dirty. The toilet paper holder was broken out of the wall and only partially repaired. The elevator was non functioning.
