Independent terraced house (no building) typical Mazarguaise with exposed beams, cast iron wood stove deco, floor tiles. Many activities: beach, fishing, diving, sailing, naturism, tennis, between 2 and 3 kilometers. departures of hiking, about 2.5 kms (Luminy site, creeks) and beaches. Nearby, Velodrome stadium, Borely Park, golf, Hippodrome, Basilica Notre Dame de la Garde. All shops and services in the neighborhood.
