Well-furnished holiday cottage with swimming pool and activities in 2 storeys with plenty of opportunity for activities. The impressive pool room has an 18 m² large pool with slide, counter-current system and a 4-6 people whirlpool as well as a large sauna. In the activity room you can play darts or billiards at the pool table. You can also challenge each other in table tennis or table football. There is also stereo system, PlayStation4, Nintendo Wii and flatscreen-TV in the activity room. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned with 9 bedrooms, all with box mattresses except the extra beds. There are 3 bathrooms, all have shower and underfloor heating. The living/dining room is tastefully furnished with stereo system/CD player, flatscreen-TV, high chair, sofa area and a wood-burning stove. On the plot you will find sandpit, slide and swings for the children and a terrace with sun loungers. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the standard listed price. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house. No letting to youth groups.
