You'll find yourself just a stone's throw away from excellent schools, including Hoover Elementary, Holmes Middle School, and Stevenson High School, all within the Livonia school district. In addition, major grocery stores, diverse shopping options, and fine dining establishments are easily accessible. And if you're craving the excitement of big cities, Detroit, Plymouth, and Bloomfield are all just a short drive away.

However, we do want to make it abundantly clear that we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or any other activities that could disrupt the neighborhood. We have noise sensors in place to monitor the decibel levels, and we reserve the right to ask guests who violate this rule to leave. We strongly believe in being good neighbors, both to the city and to the community that we are a part of.
We also have a strict no-smoking policy in our home. Smoking or vaping in the house will result in a $400 cleaning fee. Additionally, if our check-out preparation is disregarded and the home is left in an excessively dirty state, a cleaning charge of up to $250 may be incurred.
