Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The building staff were helpful and the facilities were clean.
Negative: The apartment we booked wasn't ready at the time of arrival, we had to stay in a temporary one for 2 days. The sofa just looks good, but it wasn't cleaned on out arrival nor is comfortable. The washing machine was in shaky state when we arrived, though it was working with some help (it frequently gets an error in the middle of a washing cycle, it's totally unbalanced and jumping around - legs weren't adjusted and we had no tools). The property had broken drying rack, the owner supplied us with a low cost do-it-yourself one, which was more hassle than it was worth (it was missing pieces and again, no tools). The water heater is only working at 50% flow/power (the temporary location had the same heater model working properly). Contact with the property owner was hard, frequently he was unavailable when problems occurred. Not communicative and definitely not proactive. We had to get help from the building staff with power meter running out on us (not their responsibility, they were helpful and did their best).
Summary: I don't recommend, unless you plan a short stay, then it's passable.
