To ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require identity verification before check-in. This process includes:
✔ Age Requirement – The primary guest must be 21+. Guests aged 18–20 may reserve with a one-time additional fee of $35. All other guests under 21 are welcome if accompanied by the primary guest.
✔ A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
✔ Submission of a selfie and a scanned copy of the ID through our proprietary verification software

⚠️ TWO-STRIKE POLICY – EARLY REMOVAL FROM PROPERTY
We enforce a strict two-strike policy for violations of house rules:

2️⃣ SECOND VIOLATION – Immediate removal from the property without a refund
🔹 This applies to unauthorized guests, excessive noise, smoking violations, or any disruptive behavior.

🚫 Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including:

⚠ Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property.
🏠 NON-RESIDENTIAL USE & TRANSIENT PURPOSE
✔ All guests agree that the reservation is for transient, non-residential purposes only and confirm they maintain a primary residence elsewhere. This means the unit is not intended for permanent stays or residential use.
✔ Proof of primary residence may be required if a guest is suspected of using the unit for purposes other than temporary lodging.
⚠ Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

⏱ IMMEDIATE TURNOVER POLICY
✔ Our units are turned over on the same day as the scheduled checkout. Guests must vacate the premises by the agreed checkout time to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guest.
✔ If you need a late checkout, it must be approved in advance. Unauthorized extensions of your stay will be considered trespassing.
⚠ If a guest remains on the property without an active reservation, it will be considered trespassing. Local law enforcement may be contacted for immediate removal, and additional fees may be charged.
