Positive: Beautiful apartment with great bones, very centrally located.

Negative: Service very stingy service for the high price. Very dirty floors, missing pillowslips. Had to beg for more than one tea towel for four guests for five nights. We were charged a late check-in fee even though we were waiting half an hour for the host to arrive as they had their phone set to “do not disturb” and accidentally went to the wrong property to meet us.

Summary: Lovely apartment, service and hosting left something to be desired.
