Positive: owner is very friendly and leave good impressions, has barbeque maybe couple of them and all is very clean and well maintained, no issue with the cleanliness, staff is polite the location is reachable by car only

Negative: the size of the balkony is too small and cannot fit a person let alone more than one, but overall not critical or the stay - at the end one is going to the sea, not to the balcony
