Summary: We contacted the desk about noise in the hallways between 9:30 PM and 1 AM and nothing was done. We moved to another hotel the next night but no one would assist with refunding us for that. They blamed Hotels.com for not having a refund process (which we could not connect to either). Also this Marriott has no room service and the room amenities are sparse. We will never go back here nor use Hotels.com.
