Positive: The cottage is beautifully furnished, spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen. It felt luxurious. It also has a wonderful garden with table and chairs and plenty of shade. The location was excellent with a beautiful walk across fields direct into Harwich and the food at the Old Cherry Tree pub along the road was delicious.

Negative: The cottage is on a surprisingly busy little road which means one of the upstairs bedrooms is very noisy. We stayed when it was very hot and so the choice became sleep in a very hot bedroom with the windows shut or sleep in a slightly cooler bedroom which is very noisy. The solution might be AC in that particular room.

Summary: A very impressive property which is a gem.
