Negative: Really only had two minor complaints or suggestions. The Mattress on the first floor bed is shot, and way too high for a 5 foot eight person to comfortably get in and out of with a bad back. The shower Hood and the connecting bathroom is over 7 feet. I suggest you install an intuition showerhead to drop it low enough for people to be able to use an adjust,
