Positive: I appreciated the cleanliness of the property, the convenient layout of the house, and its quiet location close to Fremantle. I also liked that cleaning products and washing machine powder were provided. The service during checkout was exceptional, I had forgotten an expensive jumper and a pair of pants, and the operator I communicated with arranged for them to be sent to my home address.
Negative: I was coming from overseas few hours before checking in I wish I had the details for the check in 48hrs earlier and not try to rush finding everything. Also the key to access the lock box was wrong after 20h in a plane plus jet lag the last thing I wanted to do is wait in front of the door for half that someone answer my emails phone call or messages.
