SYNOPSIS
This recently renovated house is located in Lagonisi, next to luxury hotel complexes, just 300 meters from the beach.
Within walking distance, there are large chains of shops, restaurants, cafes, nightclubs and banks. Just a few meters from the apartment, the visitor has the opportunity to use public transport to be found in Syntagma, in the center of Athens and on the Acropolis.
THE PLACE
The house - which extends to 40 sq.m. - is located in a beautiful garden with citrus, a breath away from the beach. Features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
In the living room there is a sofa which - if required - can be converted into a double bed.
