It has 3,678 square feet of living area with a full-length, wrap-around balcony. ALL ROOMS have BEACHFRONT BALCONIES. This configuration provides privacy and comfort plus refreshing SOUNDS OF WAVES and OCEAN BREEZES THROUGHOUT. High-end décor adds to tropical ambiance.
IMPORTANT DIFFERENCES AMONG MDA CONDOS: Although most Molino de Agua condos are advertised as "three bedroom", more than 90% only have two bedrooms plus an open den with a bed by the front door. Although many list accommodations for 6 guests, almost all only sleep 4 guests with privacy and comfort with two others sleeping in a small, open den. In addition, despite being advertised as "beachfront", all of these condos are located behind others in Tower Two through Ten. In contrast, our Tower One vacation home is directly on the beach. It sleeps 6 guests with complete privacy and comfort and accommodates up to 8 guests very well.
