Positive: Very spacious home with plenty of rooms for my family. Very well kept, clean, bright, with just about everything needed for a weekend getaway from the Bay Area.
Negative: The only thing that was slightly problematic was the hot tub. There was already a huge tear in the middle of the cover where half of it opened. The ice and snow build-up behind the hinge where the top rests to fully open needed to be cleared before usage. The YouTube video was very informative on it's ease of use but it doesn't take into account the snow and ice behind the hinge that made it difficult to open.
Summary: A perfect place for a small family to enjoy for rest, and relaxation after a day out in the snow.
