Positive: This property is located in the old Newlands neighborhood just south of downtown Reno- lots of great walks and sightseeing nearby. It is an older home from the 1930's or 40's that has been fully updated and renovated with all the comforts you'd expect in a quality B&B property in this price category. The hosts/owners are also very friendly and hospitable and live nearby in case any issues arise. We had a great stay there!
Negative: A minor issue with heat after a brief and unusual cold spell was handled quickly and efficiently, so this is actually a positive aspect to staying at this property.
Summary: A great property with superb hosts in a terrific location- enjoy!
