Four king bedrooms, each with tv's and ensuite bathrooms, have all recently been remodelled.
The extremely well-equipped kitchen is an absolute delight. Whether cooking inside or barbecuing in the gazebo by the pool, this open concept home integrates seamlessly from indoor to outdoor living.
The large dining and living room areas offer a gathering place for all...watch a movie or the big game on the 65" Smart TV, play some games or curl up with a good book. Three sets of double French doors lead to the screened lanai which features dining for 8 as well as comfortable lounge seating.
The pool area of Villa Cariad is where you will make special memories of your Turks & Caicos holiday. It features a salt water pool, two gazebos...one for lazing in the shade and the other which houses a large barbecue, sit-up bar, a refrigerator, ice maker and double sink. Here also you will find the 'Kayak Shack' which has a pool side restroom and all the toys you could wish for to enjoy the canals of Leeward. Kayaking and paddle boarding is a very expensive venture in Provo but Villa Cariad provides for you kayaks, stand up paddle boards, life jackets and high end snorkel gear for your use whenever you wish. Leave right from your 12' x 100' ft dock and safely paddle through the canals or, for the more adventurous, paddle over to the mangroves, Little Water Cay or Leeward Beach. Also at the property, we have beach/pool towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and four bicycles for you to enjoy during your stay.

Our experienced Captain & First Mate will take you to the best fishing spots and then prepare your fish at the cleaning station located back at the dock.
Guests are able to bring on board their choice of beer, wine, spirits, drinks and food as the excursion is not provisioned.
