In just 3 minutes on foot you can reach the New Garden with Marble Palace and Heiligersee. The spacious apartment is tastefully decorated and has a comfortable box spring bed, TV, WiFi, the bathroom is equipped with a tub and a large secluded window to the courtyard. You can provide yourself in a well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, toaster, kettle and spices and washing machine. A spacious dining area and a comfortable sofa also provide for your comfort. Summary: This property is in a nice location in the Dutch Quarter. There are stairs up to the property that I think is important to note. There is a very large bedroom/living room/ dining area. Kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom was ok. I was a bit taken back by the very large window that offered quite the view from the shower/ tub. Unfortunately I was not able to complete my stay because the hot water and WiFi were out. It was a holiday weekend and would not be repaired for several days. The owner was very responsive when told about the situation. He even offered to let me out of the agreement. Of course I was charged for the 2 nights I stayed without hot water and WiFi. If everything was working this would be a good place to stay for the money.
