Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location convenient for station , shops and sea . Very comfortable apartment and well equipped. Sophisticated town with pleasant walks and easy to explore the local area -Menton, Nice, Monaco, Grasse. Only 30 minutes from Nice airport by train to airport station and free tram to terminals.

Negative: We were disturbed by building work in an adjacent apartment and a building site at the back of the property which meant we were unable to take advantage of the balconies. Despite the good things this did detract from our overall enjoyment.
