Positive: Great location, close to Spa, friendly host, with an amazing dish for the dinner, clean and big, plus parking spot and a nice super market close by.

Negative: There's a lot of noise coming from the street to the bedrooms, disrupting the sleep, and no HVAC.

Summary: Great place to book with a great host, but noise can be a problem.
