The Space:
Lazy Bear has 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 kings and 1 queen. There is one full size bathroom with a tub/shower. Downstairs, there
is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and a full bath with shower. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the family
room and a queen sleeper in the detached game room. Both adults and kids love the game room that has an arcade, a fuse
ball table, and television. There is a fire pit, horseshoe pit, and small pond to enjoy outside on the one acre property

Other House Rules (pets, trash, signing liability waiver for the resort, be respectful, etc): Pets not allowed on furniture unless covered with guests blankets. Please remove dog hair and pets’ feces. Please be respectful of surrounding cabins and no outside noise after 10pm.

During these times, while cabin bookings may still be available, please note that the grounds and barn will be restricted for event use only.
