This unique unit also includes an extra full bathroom. The bedroom is quite large with a king size bed and a sitting area. The living/dining space boasts natural light and scenic water views just beyond the patio. The extra-large patio extends your living space to the stunning outdoors allowing you to experience the beauty of Florida’s weather for dining, entertaining, and relaxing in the sun year-round!
You’ll feel safe and secure as you come and go from this private gated community with 24hr security. Just under a 5 minute walk away and located right on the Tampa Bay, the Clubhouse offers a large common area, a pool table, a library, full bathrooms with showers and pool and hot tub, and a private bar. The Yacht Club Bar’s event calendar features drink specials, food truck nights, holiday socials, and more planned entertainment!
Additional amenities include another large pool and hot tub, an exercise room, basketball, shuffleboard, pickle ball, and tennis courts, fishing docks, kayak launches, a dog park, plenty of parking, and a laundromat. Note, that there is a new stackable washer/dryer in the condo. Boat slips and dry docks are offered for rent. Though it doesn’t seem like you’d ever need to leave this resort-like community, when you do, you’re only a 10-minute drive to downtown St. Pete, 12 minutes to the new St. Pete Pier, and just under 20 minutes to Pass-A-Grille and St. Pete Beaches.
What I love is how boatable the area is even on a choppy day. It’s a short boat ride to lunch downtown or the inner coastal. Edgmont Key, Passage Key, Beer Can Island, and Downtown Tampa are super close by boat. Lots of flats to fish in the bay and a direct shot to the skyway to go offshore fishing. If you wanna skip the hassle of boating, you can wake up walk a few feet and drop your line in the canal while your guests sleep in or hit the resort style pool.
