Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: - The room is large, with good enough storage. - The WiFi works well enough on the second floor. Be sure to mention this on arrival because I was shown a 1st floor room first but when I mentioned WiFi he moved me to the second floor (maybe no signal on the first floor). - The AC worked well and was quiet. - I didn't hear any noise from other residents during my stay. - There is a Seven-Eleven very close. - The work desk is large enough to work comfortably. - Shower worked fine (hot water etc).

Negative: - There is no-one there on arrival and no indication of what to do. Host is not attentive to messages sent by booking. In the end I called the host through Booking.com (not the phone number that is on the wall in the entrance hall). The man who answered spoke English and he came about 5 minutes later to show me to a room. - The fridge was disgusting and unusable (old, smelly, dirty inside). - There are some large water bottles of 'cooked' water on the first floor but I was a bit sceptical of them to be honest. - Location is a little far from centre, less walkable than I had imagined.

Summary: Absolutely fine for a short stay as long as you don't expect modern / hotel-style accomodation.
