Well equipped with all amenities needed from coffee to cooking utensils. Equipped with a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, air fryer, coffee maker and more. The bus is temperature controlled for heat and A/C. A glamorous outdoor FULL bathroom provides a steaming rain shower, vanity, sink and residential style toilet. The bathroom area is covered and shielded from the elements but not temperature controlled. All linens, towels and pillows are provided. WiFi network available as well as a Smart TV. 2 outdoor living areas provide additional dining and seating, shade umbrellas and a bbq grill. 2 kayaks are provided to explore this unique area where Lake Granbury meets Long Creek and the Brazos River. 1. 10pm noise ordinance - please help us be good neighbors by turning music off by 10pm and by keeping voices and noises low t not disturb surrounding properties.
2. This home is drug-free and smoke-free indoors and outdoors including vapes and e-cigarettes.
3. Please park in driveway not on street
4. Remove any trash from inside the bus after your stay and tie the bag closed. Please place bags in the bathroom and close the door prior to leaving the property
5. Water shoes are recommended for swimming and lake activities
