This updated cottage has 125' of frontage on the Munuscong Bay. It is an Upper Peninsula paradise for nature lovers and sportsmen, alike. It has a seasonal dock and small sandy beach area. The rental includes a rowboat (no motor). The Bay depths average between 4-6 feet and it is known for its excellent fishing, ice fishing and duck hunting. Enjoy the sunsets, watch the freighters in the distance, fish or just enjoy the peace and quiet.
It's an easy trip (less than an hour) to Cedarville, Mackinac Island ferries, Soo Locks, Kewadin casino and Chippewa County International Airport (CIU) or make a day trip to Whitefish Point (<2 hrs) or the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore (2.5 hrs).
The cottage has 1300 sq. ft. of living space with 2 baths and 3 bedrooms. One bath and two bedrooms are upstairs (one with 2 full beds, one with 1 queen bed and balcony) and the other bath and bedroom are downstairs (one full bed). The property is on a private 0.6 acre lot. The kitchen has new appliances and is well-equipped. There is a new washer and dryer, charcoal grill, fire pit, deck, balcony, and 2 small TVs with a few local channels (no cable).
