Paradise on Lake Martin! Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home with sandy beach, boat house, large decks, picnic areas with tables, chairs, BBQ grills, fire pit, and children’s swing set. Ideally located near restaurants, stores, and a short 30 minute drive to Auburn!
If you are looking for the perfect getaway for yourself and your family, then look no further! This beauty has a rec room with an Air Hockey Table and huge flat screen TV. Sleeps 14 guests. Offering a prime location just 25 miles from Auburn University and a gorgeous view of Lake Martin. The house is custom decorated in Lake Motif, absolutely stunning! Our home offers incredible views of the lake from the living area, kitchen and massive deck. Our kitchen is fully stocked. In the dining room is a custom-built farm table that comfortably seats 12 guests.
All bedrooms are beautifully decorated, and each bedroom includes a flat screen TV! The master bedroom is extremely large with a king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds. The 4th bedroom has two sets of twin over double bunkbeds. Queen size futon is in the rec room (linens are in the closet).
Relax lakeside on your own large deck, on the dock, the sandy beach or in the massive 1,600 square foot boathouse and covered pavilion watching the family enjoy the lake. With spectacular views of the sunset and sunrise you will find ample space for you and your family to enjoy all Lake Martin has to offer. And there is plenty of lawn chairs and outside furniture. Your kids, including adult kids, won`t ever get bored!
The property is situated in a private slough directly on the water. This makes it a safe and relaxing spot for floating and swimming. Very kid friendly. Great swimming area in a safe non- boat traffic area. Secure your boat and PWC in boathouse or on the dock. There is plenty of room for several boats! This home has everything you need for the ultimate lakeside retreat! Great for families, fishing and hunting excursions, a peaceful retreat, attending Auburn Football or other Auburn events. We are close to Chimney Rock, Chuck’s Marina and the Big Water of pristine Lake Martin!
FYI: Holiday Cove is a 4-house vacation rental complex on Lake Martin in Dadeville, Alabama. The property is 2 1/2 acres with 280 feet of waterfront.

Vacation Property Rental Agreement
This Vacation Property Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement) is for the property located at: __60 Dogwood Drive, Dadeville AL 36853_HOUSE #2____________ [Address of Vacation Property], a _4 Bedroom 3 Bath_Lakehouse____¬¬¬¬¬¬____________________ [Description of Property], hereinafter referred to as “Unit.”
I. SECURITY/DAMAGE AGREEMENT
1. Security Deposit. A security deposit of $ __400___ has been deposited with the Property Owner, or Property Owner’s designated agent (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”), in trust, as security for the performance by the Tenants of the terms under this rental agreement set forth following, and for any damages caused by Tenants, Tenants’ family, agents and visitors (hereinafter collectively called “Tenants”) to the premises or furnishings during the rental period. Owner may use part or all of the security deposit to repair any damage to the Unit cause by Tenants. However, Owner is not limited to just the security deposit portion of any security deposit amount and Tenants remain liable for any balance.
2. Key Charge. A $_25_ fee will be charged to Tenants for failure to return any and all Unit related keys and/or gate access cards* (*if applicable). Such charge shall be deducted from the security deposit.
3. Cleaning. Cleaning fee is $200.00. All debris, rubbish and discards must be placed in garbage can, and soiled dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. Tenants shall be responsible for any undue and/or unreasonable cleaning of the unit immediately subsequent to the Tenants’ departure.
4. Damage charge. Any damage charges incurred by the Tenants not covered by the security deposit listed above shall be paid by Tenant within a timely manner.
III. CHECK-IN/CHECK -OUT PROCEDURE
1. Check-In. Check-in time is _4:00 pm_ on the day Tenant’s scheduled reservation begins. No early check-ins absent prior consent of Owners. Two days prior to arrival, Tenants will be given their key code as well as any special instructions or updates that may be applicable to the Unit.
2. Check-Out. Check-out time is _11:00_ on the day Tenant’s scheduled reservation ends. Any delay in check-out, absent prior consent of Owners shall result in Tenants being charged for another night’s stay.
IV. USE AND ENJOYMENT OF UNIT AND PROPERTY
1. Use of Premises. Tenants shall only use the Premises as a residence. The premises shall not be used to carry on any type of business or trade, without prior written consent of Owner. Tenants will comply with all laws, rules, ordinances, statutes and orders regarding the use of the premises.
2. Quiet Enjoyment. Tenants shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the premises, and Owner will not interfere with that right, as long as tenants do not interfere with those rights of other tenants.
3. Smoking. This is a NON SMOKING HOME.
4. Pets. PETS are not permitted at this property.
5. Furnishings. The units are furnished and equipped by the Owner to owner’s taste. All units are set up for light housekeeping, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Unit is stocked with at least one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and an initial roll of paper towels. All cleaning products are provided. Bath towels and linens are provided by owner. Beach towels are not provided. Please don’t bring bath towels to the lake.
6. Use of Grills. There are two charcoal grills, one in the front picnic area and the other by the boathouse.
7. Locked Areas. Areas that are locked, such as Owner’s personal storage spaces, for which Tenants are not provided a key, are off limits to the Tenants. Any attempt to enter locked areas is cause for immediate termination of this agreement, forfeiture of all monies paid, and Tenants will be liable for any damage and/or missing items.
8. Falsified Reservations. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
9. Written Exceptions. Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
10. Water and Septic. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, you could be charged damages of up to five hundred dollars ($500).
11. If it is determined that the reserved number of guests has been exceeded, guests will forfeit their deposit.
V. HOLD HARMLESS
1. Owner attempts to maintain the Units in the best of condition. Owner expresses no guarantees, express or implied, regarding suitability or fitability for any particular purpose. Owner does guarantee that appropriate repair and/or replacement will be performed as soon as possible under prevailing circumstances. It is Tenant’s responsibility to immediately notify Owner of any issues that they incur during their stay so that the repair and/or replacement may be promptly taken care of. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences for which Owner has no immediate control. Owner shall not be held liable, or otherwise take any responsibility, for any injuries that may occur to Tenant, and/or Tenant’s invitee, that is caused or permitted to be caused by the intentional, unintentional, negligent, or careless acts of said Tenants, and/or invitees. By the written or electronic endorsement of this Agreement, Tenant agrees to forever hold-harmless and indemnify Owner form any liability and/or responsibility arising there from.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT, COMBINED WITH ANY AND ALL COMMUNITY RULES AND REGULATIONS (IF APPLICABLE) SERVES AS THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT. NO ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS ARE EXPRESSSED NOR IMPLIED. THIS AGREEMENT SUPERCEDES ANY AN ALL PREVIOUS ORAL AND/OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS AND/OR IMPLIED AGREEMENTS. UPON WRITTEN OR ELECTRONIC ENDORSEMENT, TENANTS AGREE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT, AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS, WITHOUT EXCEPTION
