The home is just minutes from scenic Bagnell Dam and the strip offering a variety of food and drink options along with a fun atmosphere that only living on the lake can provide. If you want to leave the car or boat behind in search of a great meal, however, you’ll find 2 restaurants within a mile of your front door. The golfers in your crew will delight at the availability of challenging local courses such as the Lodge of Four Seasons, 6 minutes away, and offering a spa and restaurant for post-round enjoyment.

Plentiful private spaces allow you to unwind at your leisure, paired wonderfully with common areas designed for gathering and entertainment. • The boat slip is avalibule for guest use for the duration of your stay. Please note that the boat slip is use at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to a boat while tied up on the dock.
• This home is next door to a new construction home. Some noise is to be expected.
• This home is equipped with a Ring doorbell on the front door and the back sliding door. The camera at the side door is directed at the driveway and the fourth camera is on the dock directed at the boat.
• Pet friendly! 2 pets maximum. An additional daily pet fee of $25 will be included in your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

- Cleaning Responsibility: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
- Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
- Local Regulations and Leash Laws: Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
