Updated 5 bedroom colonial, on the lagoon, minutes from beach.
Enjoy kayak and crabbing in the lagoon right from dock, and grilling and relaxing on the deck. Walking distance to bagels store, convenience store, ice cream shop, pizza etc.
7 minute drive to beach. Will consider small dog.
Home with 5 bedrooms, one bedroom on first floor (queen)
2nd floor features 4 bedrooms, two have queen beds, one room has twin trundles, and the master bedroom has a king bed with a trundle with two twins available for extra sleeping.
Enjoy the 2nd floor balcony on the master to relax and enjoy some quiet time.
Note: this is a family neighborhood
No loud parties
Quilts and pillows provided.
Renters must bring own sheets, pillow cases, and towels.

Summary: We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the amenities of this property. It was well suited for our extended family of 6 adults and 4 children (2-5 years of age). We really liked the enclosed deck on the water. It was safe for young children and kept them away from the water. A kayak and adult life jackets were available but we didn't have time to use them. Several people in our party did enjoy use of the hot tub in the evenings. The house was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials. We had a couple concerns during our stay and the hosts responded to our texts very quickly. The house is located in a great location; very convenient to shops, restaurants and LBI. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
