You are rented an apartment located on the ground floor partly raised furnished with attention to detail personally by the owners with furniture in style and period, with a large living room very characteristic with arches and terracotta floors with direct access to the garden, a kitchen dining spacious and well equipped, two double rooms with windows opening onto the garden and bathroom with shower.
For exclusive use of the apartment a large garden of 3000 square meters created and cared for with passion directly from the owners, with a 40 sqm swimming pool, pergolas and canopies, tall trees and a collection of over 150 varieties of roses where you can spend your days in complete relaxation.
At 2 km the small town of Cerbaia offers shops, banks, pharmacy, post office, tennis courts and the bus stop for Florence; about 10 minutes walk from the house also a riding school.
Beyond Florence, Pisa and Siena are also easily accessible other centers of great charm such as S. Gimignano and Volterra and wanting the Tyrrhenian coast in about 90 minutes.
