Positive: In our 2 month trip this apartment by far was the best outfitted with many extras (jar of pasta sauce, several bottles of water, yogurt, juice, wine, etc.). Simple things like kitchen paper towels, dining napkins, shower shampoo/body wash, and facial tissues are much appreciated (we typically see a few of those in Euro apartments, but seldom all of those). The host met us on arrival helping us with parking and fully explaining everything in the apartment. My wife and I both agreed this very tastefully decorated apartment was our best stay in Italy this trip.
Negative: The bed and thick pillows were not the most comfortable for me, but my wife felt they were fine. Parking was a bit of a hassle depending on time of day - a few free spots if lucky, some paid spots (not too expensive), and sometimes had to walk a bit further to find a spot (the trade off for staying in the old town). Being in an old historic building, there are only a few high up windows for natural light, but apartment lighting was extensive so it never felt dark.
