Positive: The kitchen was very well equipped. The house was nicely laid out. It is close to the village centre. The owners obviously take great pride in the place. Fabulous washing machine and dryer.
Negative: As international tourists we needed to buy tea, oil, salt all the basics for cooking as nothing was provided. There was only one garbage bag and 2 toilet rolls, but good quantity of coffee. The location is on a very busy road , so noisy and smell of exhaust fumes meant we couldn’t open windows. The bed was not even made when we arrived and it had two layers of plastic on it which meant it didn’t breath and we perspired very much. The floor was vacuumed but not washed. We didn’t have a car and were expected to carry all refuse and recycling to a waste collection point more than 500m away. This was challenging for us as older people.
Summary: Good for local s travelling with a car and all the supplies they need. Not good for others who will have to purchase all
