The Villa will be rented entirely to your group. You will be serviced with one set of linens and at least one towel per guest, reliable WIFI as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you are staying for one day, one week or one month we want to provide the best services for your group.

PROPERTY RULES:
1) Each guest and visitor must be registered and must show his Passport or valid ID at the building's entrance.
2) EVERY PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MUST BE WITH THEIR PARENTS OR BRING A NOTARIZED PERMITION.
3)The use of the house is only allowed for residential, business or leisure purposes, no parties of any type are allowed in the apartment.
4) Any damage caused to the apartment or property belongings must be notified and will be charged.
5) In case of fire, please evacuate.
6) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises of the house and inside, including cigars and tobacco there is a $50.0 USD fee if you are found smoking inside.
7) It is not allowed to leave any type of articles or items with the house staff.
8) Pets are not allowed.
9) SEXUAL AND DRUG TRAFFICKING IS A CRIME, ANY DRUG ABUSE, MINOR TRAFFICKING OR PEOPLE TRAFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF UNDERAGE TO ANY TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT FOR PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE PURPOSES IS STRICTLY FORVIDEN
10) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11) Every time you leave the room, please turn off the A/C, lights and leave the windows and the entrance door closed.
12) Please do not leave the the rooms locked.
13)To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and electricity.
14) Security in the house is not responsible for any losses inside.
15) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Make sure to let us know your Check-Out time and leave the windows & door are secured.
