General Information
Our Beach home is situated in an exclusive and private coastal section known locally as "El Frances" located some 9.1km north of the Colombian Caribbean Coastal fishing town of Santiago de Tolu, Sucre. Tolu is a popular weekend and holiday destination for Colombian tourists and is located in the Golfo de Morrosquillo.
About Our Beach Property
Our beach property is called "Cocobiche", itโs situated on one of the best and largest beachfront properties found in our area! Our frontal shoreline is extended with a spacious beautiful white sandy beach, palm trees, almond trees and sea grape trees that dot the landscape. The Caribbean Sea here is very calm with shallow waters, it gradually slopes out for quite a long distance where you can walk out into the ocean and stand there up to your neck without any sharp drop for swimming, fishing and boating!
The Living Space
Our home has a ranch style design with Spanish clay tile roofing including a spacious wrap-around porch that provides a full width walkway that continues around all four sides of the home providing a spacious terrazza area for outdoor living environment that renders spectacular ocean views.
Our lovely beach home was recently constructed and we have been furnishing it with new kitchen appliances and amenities, living and bedroom furniture. We have also installed air conditioning throughout, fast and convenient internet with wifi, security cameras with alarms for your security, security flood lights, plus Smart tv's with access to Netflix, Youtube, etc and Directv cable access.
In addition, we are currently constructing a private pool situated right next to the home that will have wooden decking surrounding the pool, sunning deck and a nearby volleyball court. (Weโre always upgrading!)

You can really relax and recharge have fun at "CocoBiche" with friends and family while enjoying our home, the warm Caribbean Sea (it's never cold) with her beautiful sunsets, the warm and friendly locals that are always ready to help you. Nuestra propiedad de playa se llama "Cocobiche", estรก ubicada en una de las mejores y mรกs grandes propiedades frente al mar que se encuentran en nuestra รกrea. Nuestra lรญnea de costa frontal se extiende con una amplia y hermosa playa de arena blanca, palmeras, almendros y uva de mar que salpican el paisaje. El mar Caribe aquรญ es muy tranquilo, con aguas poco profundas, desciende gradualmente hasta una distancia bastante larga donde puede caminar hacia el ocรฉano y pararse allรญ hasta su cuello sin ninguna caรญda brusca ... perfecto para nadar, pescar y navegar. !
El espacio vital
Nuestra casa tiene un diseรฑo estilo rancho con techos de tejas de barro espaรฑol, que incluye un amplio porche envolvente que proporciona una pasarela de ancho completo que continรบa a lo largo de los cuatro lados de la casa y brinda una amplia รกrea de terraza para ambientes de vida al aire libre que ofrece espectaculares vistas al ocรฉano.
Nuestra hermosa casa de playa se construyรณ recientemente y la hemos equipado con nuevos electrodomรฉsticos de cocina y comodidades, muebles de dormitorio y sala de estar. Tambiรฉn hemos instalado y funcionando ... aire acondicionado en todas partes, internet rรกpido y conveniente con wifi, cรกmaras de seguridad con alarmas para su seguridad, luces de seguridad y televisores inteligentes con acceso a Netflix, Youtube, etc. y acceso a cable Directv.
Ademรกs, actualmente estamos construyendo una piscina privada situada justo al lado de la casa que tendrรก terrazas de madera que rodean la piscina, el solรกrium y una cancha de voleibol cercana. (Siempre estamos actualizando!)
