Positive: Location is nice and convenient. The place is very comfortable. Very neat and clean. Slept well every night. Everything I needed was there.
Negative: It can do with a sign outside, it was difficult to find first time. As its almost hidden away. Upstairs bathroom might be a little small for slightly bigger people. I'm 5ft 6, so it was just ok.
