Summary: Housekeeping lacked attention to detail. Toilet kept running after flush in middle of night. Called front desk and maintenance stopped the water. Next morning toilet would not flush. Spa opened late and did not return my text as the front desk said. Woman at spa desk surly and rude. No appts available. At check out some confusion on payment as I had never used this app before. Settled. My error but could have been handled better by hotel staff.
