Positive: I rented this house for a family gathering for 10 who also went to the Lassen Volcanic National Park. This is tucked back into a wooded area with a creek. This is a perfect space for family gatherings. Plenty of comfortable beds and bedrooms. Two comfortable gathering spaces to watch TV or sit and talk. Two kitchens (one upstairs and one downstairs). Plenty of plates… and flatware, sharp knives. Plenty of space to sit and eat a meal together (inside or outside). There were even video games, board games, and a ping pong table in the laundry room, a second floor terrace and many bathrooms with tubs and showers. Outside there is another covered porch with a gas grill that was very clean. Plenty of space for parking. There are two first floor bedrooms and bathing accommodations for those who can’t do stairs. Small details were appreciated: a small container of treats, soap and plenty of towels in every bathroom, a couple of bottles of wines. Very clean. Owners were helpful with a kind thank you card handwritten upon arrival. I wish we could have stayed longer.
Negative: Internet was weak, but we didn’t use personal electronics that much.
