Positive: The staff were very attentive and friendly. It was a top notch experience in this regard. We arrived quite late but they had sandwiches made and sent to our room. Met us with nice warm teas too. We got caught in the rain and the staff met my partner and I with towels. Throughout the whole stay the staff were excellent. The resort itself is beautiful and quiet. It feels like a slight step away from the madness of Ubud which is fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the hotel, it's gym, pool and our free massage.
Negative: The only draw back was because of the construction it was a bit difficult getting in and out of the city centre. Nothing to do with the facilities itself but was a slight draw back.
