Positive: Great location, close to the sights and restaurants. The spa bath was a bonus to relax after spending the day sightseeing.

Negative: The only niggle was there was a real knack to getting the key to turn in the outside door.

Summary: We loved the vibe of Palermo and this property is perfectly located to make the most of it.
