With 2 bedrooms, including 1 king bedroom w full bath, walk in closet, cable tv, and a full size desk if work calls. The 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed w a shower, and a queen sofa bed in the living room, this excellent property offers a comfortable retreat for guests. All towels and sheets are included. Just pack your bathing suits! Air conditioning, new washer & dryer in unit, assigned parking space, community pool and hot tub. There is a Schwinn Spin bike, and dumbbells in the unit to get some morning exercise in, four beach chairs + an umbrella, Tennis courts with 2 rackets, WIFI, 55' Premium Cable TV in fam room and a 40” tv in the master bdrm, a fully stocked kitchen, with a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender, air fryer, indoor grill and a microwave. There is a large dining table for board games or cards as well! Start your day enjoying your morning coffee on our front porch among the morning sun and palm trees.
