From each bedroom step directly out the large sliding door to the ocean-facing lanai. This covered lanai has ample seating for reading, relaxing or gathering, plus a large six-person dining table. Large windows and sliding screen doors offers the opportunity to experience the fresh ocean air. For your comfort, the home also has central AC and ceiling fans throughout, including fans on the lanai.
