Thank you for your interest in Isle Be Back. This gorgeous fully furnished 3 story 5 bedroom, 5 bath home is located in the popular Sand Point subdivision. Less than 200 yard from the beach and you are close enough to walk or bike to town for shopping, dining and other amenities.

The Sand Point community park, pool with hot tub are behind the house and available for you use. The home features gulf views from the 3rd floor south side deck. Two decks in front of the home that can be accessed from the kitchen or living area and decks on each level of the home that are accessed from the bedrooms.

At ground level you enter into the foyer from there you can access the garage and the 2nd level by stairs. Also on the ground level is private suite with it own private entry. It features a queen bed, flat screen tv and full bath and walk in shower.

On the second floor you have cozy living room, gourmet kitchen, dinning room and two bedrooms with private baths. One bedroom has full size bunk beds and a day bed. The other bedroom has a king bed and access to a deck with stairs to the ground floor and third floor. Off the kitchen and living room you have nice size deck to entertain.

On the 3rd floor you enter into the game room area featuring a foosball table, video arcade machine, darts, large flat screen tv, kitchenette, laundry closet down the hall and access to the front deck. Off each side of the game room there are two master suites. One suite has a king bed, full bath with large "spa" walk in shower and access to a deck. 2nd suite features a queen bed, private bath and French doors leading to a deck with ocean views.
