Summary: Great ocean view which met our expectations. The sitting room sofa was dirty and torn. The bed linen was old. They had a flat sheet dressing the bed with a dingy throw. The bathroom can use some remodeling. There were efforts like the beach towels and chairs that were appreciated. Once chec-in completed, it was easy to enter and leave. Overall we had a great beach stay.
