Summary: Really friendly, helpful staff. Good but busy location to major tourist sites and public transport. I was sick during my stay and didn't get my room cleaned every day but did at least every second day. I got a few marks on my sheets from eating in bed. After a few days the stains were still there. Five days later when I ckecked out, the sheets still hadn't been changed. The cleaners didn't replace coffee pods unless i asked. Also they were very noisy.
