Located just 40 minutes from the airport, on the Pacific Coast of Mexico at the northern tip of Banderas Bay. Punta de Mita is blessed with one of the most pleasant climates in the world. A gentle sea breeze keeps Punta Mita comfortable throughout the year with average temperatures of 85° in the summer and 78° during the winter months. Punta Mita shares the same latitude as the Hawaiian Islands.
By day, this penthouse villa affords breathtaking views of the clear blue ocean as well as the famous Marietas Islands. You will watch whales, dolphins and exotic birds right from your living room, master bedroom, or balcony. By night you'll enjoy views of the city lights of Puerto Vallarta in the distance and passing cruise ships right from your covered, 200 square foot balcony.
Punta Mita also has incredible fine dining and as well as casual dining on our famous 'Restaurant Row' which is a two minute walk from your penthouse.
Whether you're looking for a gourmet dinner at the neighboring Four Seasons or St. Regis resorts, fresh lobster, authentic Italian cuisine, or just an authentic street taco, you will have enough restaurants to keep you busy throughout your entire vacation. You will also find several mini supermarkets, butcher shops, seafood market and an activities center within minutes of your condo.
