As it is in a more isolated area, you will not find any type of trade in the vicinity of the property. A ten-minute drive from the village of São Vicente, there you will find local shops, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy.
Near the house, you will find the Miradouro do Rosário and access to several trails and levadas, where you can take the opportunity to stroll and explore the island.
