The villa is bright, located in a street where you can park easily in front of the house, or have 2 garages. the entrance to the house is only 4 steps above street level. On this floor you will find the kitchen, the dining and living room area with its fireplace, as well as a bedroom and its small bathroom, there are also 2 toilets on this level. the living room opens onto two terraces: one with a sea view, the other with its plancha and BBQ, and the private swimming pool.
