The property is composed of two independent houses, each with its own entrance. The house is newly built in Ibicencan style in one of the most beautiful and virgin zones of the island. It offers perfect harmony between comfort, serenity, and privacy. It is built on a 25000-m2 land offering a relaxing oasis in a Mediterranean wood.

The parking, the laundry room, and the swimming pool are the common area between the two houses. The house has a surface of 220-m2 and is composed of 3 bedrooms (two double beds and one or two single beds), 2 bathrooms, entrance room, salon + dinning room + kitchen in an open area with ceiling of 3m high with chimney . The ceilings are made of juniper beams and boards. The terrace is furnished with tables and chairs and sofas. In addition there is beautiful pergola giving to the entrance and the salon. There is also a table, chairs, a chill out bed with a shade in the exterior.

Summary: The house is quite isolated, providing a good base to relax and unwind. It is well located for the beaches north of Sant Antoni or Sant Miquel, both within a 20' drive. The equipment is good overall. Majid was extremely friendly and responsive and the presence of Claudine to provide local support in case of need is definitely a plus. The pool is great. However, as it is shared with the other half of the house, its enjoyment depends on the occupants. We were lucky to have had very pleasant neighbours during our stay. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay at Majid's house and would recommend it to people looking for a relaxing and isolated place to stay on the island.
