The property is very close to the highway for easy access to downtown Palmer and Wasilla.
Property is 45 minutes from the Airport and 10 minutes from MatSu Regional Hospital. Great restaurants, hiking, site seeing, skiing and much more nearby. Skeetawk ski area is 15 minutes away.
There is a cooler provided for road trips next to the wood bin.
No additional guests allowed only the two adults that booked. Please take shoes off after entering the bungalow.
NO FIRES when windy! When having a fire in the firepit, there is wood close by to use. Please make sure that fire is out when going to bed, also make sure the cover is on the pit.
Your welcome to smoke or vap, we just ask that you do it outside only! Evidence of smoking inside will result to a $500.00 charge.
