Positive: The location is fabulous..absolutely wonderful Th view is great and the kitchen, dining living area is very good
Negative: This is a ONE bedroom ONE bed house..very unusual. The bedroom is in need of renovation. The windows were almost impossible to open and the blinds flimsy - one was in fact broken. Not the owners fault but the tax structure and incredible level of add ons above the sticker price in the USA and certainly here is disgraceful. The FULL price is what should be quoted up front!
Summary: Great location, wonderfully peaceful.. check the fine print.
