Apartment for 2 - 5 people, 116 sqm, 2 bedrooms, large living room with panoramic view, fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with shower / toilet and a large, expansive balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an el. Dishwasher equipped, electric stove with ceramic hob and microwave, fridge with freezer. TV and radio in the living room.
Our tenants are enthusiastic about the living area of the large main room, which has an inviting dining area with a large table (extendable for up to 6-8 people) in front of a wide window, and a comfortable seating area in front of a panoramic window, consisting of 5 glass elements reaching down to the floor, then the sitting room in front of the fireplace and finally a TV corner with a spacious, modern couch and a coffee table that invites you to coffee and cake. Between the two large bedrooms is the bathroom (2 vanities, bathtub and shower with toilet), which can be easily accessed from both bedrooms.
It is best to park your car in front of the house on the street (which is only traffic-restricted for residents). The house itself faces south and gives a clear view over the small meadow that still belongs to the property, over the Bosbach surrounded by meadows and the row of villages beyond to the wooded hills opposite.
